GREETING
Our company was established in March, 1965 in Nagoya
city, as a metal working lubricant supplier, "Meiko Petroleum". Hereafter,
we have endeavored to develop/market various oil products to meet
market demands. We primarily manufacture/market metal working
lubricants such as cutting oils and cold heading oils.
Presently, our market expands not only in domestic, but also in North
America, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, China, including local production for
North American market.
As metal working industry continues to globalize, we unite to strive
even more to develop and supply metal working lubricants, which are friendly to
the environment and can be used with security.

| March 1965 | Shinnosuke Yamaguchi,the present president of SHINCOOL Co.,Ltd. selfstarted Meiko Petroleum in Nagoya city.
Started manufacturing/sales of metal working lubricants.

| November 1967 | Formed business alliance with Tanoi Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.,the leading supplier of tap and dice in Japan.
Started manufacturing/sales of high-grade cutting oil "Tanoi Shincool 99X"series.
Renamed to Meiko Petroleum Co.,Ltd. from Meiko Petroleum.

| April 1976 | Formed business alliance with Sakamura Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. and started manufacturing/sales of cold heading oils.
Constructed manufacturing plant in Mino city, Gifu to expand manufacturing capacity.

| April 1986 | Became Japanese sales representative of Pillsbury Chemical Inc.(U.S.).

| June 1989 | Added newly built manufacturing plants of 561m2 to Gifu plant, expanding the manufacturing capacity.
